This privacy policy aims to give you information on how Artemis Defense Technologies UK Ltd collects and processes your personal data.

This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Artemis Defense Technologies UK Ltd is the data controller (herein referred to as Owner) and is responsible for your personal data.

We are registered in England and Wales under registration number 15254869, and our registered office is at 20 Lindisfarne Court, Widnes, Cheshire, WA8 5AH

The Owner does not have a Data Protection Officer, but the Project Manager shall monitor compliance with the GDPR and other data protection laws. The Project Manager can be contacted by the methods listed above.

3.     Types of Data collected

Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified.

• We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:
• Identity Data includes first name; last name; company name; profession; address; email address; telephone numbers.
• Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products, and services.
• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

We do not currently collect the below data but may do so in the future:

• Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
• Transaction Data includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.
• Profile Data includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses. Please see section on Cookies below for more information on this.

We will update our privacy policy to reflect this, if we do start collecting such data.

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.

We do not collect any Special Categories of personal data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA AND ACTING ON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTIES

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with goods or services). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

Third Parties as follows:

• Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.

We may share your personal data within Artemis Defense Technologies.  Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the EEA to another group company, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring appropriate safeguards are implemented.

9.     Data retention

Personal data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore:

• Personal data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
• Personal data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfil such purposes. Users may find specific information regarding the legitimate interests pursued by the Owner within the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Owner.
• The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Furthermore, the Owner may be obliged to retain Personal data for a longer period whenever required to do so for the performance of a legal obligation or upon order of an authority.
• Once the retention period expires, Personal data shall be deleted. Therefore, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced after expiration of the retention period.
